How to get help

1. Open the chat. Tap the green chat bubble at the bottom right of the Renzo app.
2. Ask Rezbot. Rezbot is our AI agent. It answers common questions right away, any time of day.
3. Ask for the team. If Rezbot can't solve your issue, ask to talk to the team at any time, and a team member will pick it up.
