# Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

RestakeX Ventures Ltd., operating under the name Renzo Finance ("Renzo Finance", "we", "us", or "our"), provides software that enables you to access and execute yield strategies on third-party trading venues from a wallet you control (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

### 1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by Renzo Finance in connection with the Services.

A note on terminology. We do not collect names, identity documents, or similar identifying details from users of the Services. What we process is described in Section 2, and we refer to it in this policy as "information." Some of that information, such as a wallet address, may constitute personal data under laws such as the GDPR where it can be linked to an individual. Where that is the case, the rights described in Section 9 apply to it.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information processed by third parties whose services you access through the Services, including trading venues, blockchain networks, wallet providers, and bridging providers. Those parties operate independently of us and process information under their own policies.

### 2. Information We Collect

Wallet and transaction information. The public wallet address you connect to the Services, and information about transactions and activity associated with that address. We do not collect, store, or have access to your private keys or seed phrase.

Strategy and deployment information. The strategies you access through the Services, their status, and the configuration you select for them.

Trading key information. Information relating to any trading key you approve, including its status and validity period.

Technical information. Technical information generated when you interact with the Services, including request, diagnostic, and error information.

Communications. The contents of any communication you send us, and any contact details you choose to provide in it.

### 3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, identity documents, or proof of address from users of the Services, and we do not carry out identity verification checks.

We do not use analytics, telemetry, advertising, device fingerprinting, or session recording software, and we do not sell information or share it for behavioural advertising.

### 4. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

In some jurisdictions we may not be able to rely on the above lawful bases. If that is the case, we will seek your consent and rely on that consent as the lawful basis of processing. You can withdraw consent at any time.

### 5. How We Collect Information

Directly from you. When you connect a wallet to the Services, deploy into a strategy, grant a trading authorization, or contact us.

Automatically. Technical information generated by your interactions with the Services.

From third parties. Information about your wallet address and its activity, received from the venues, networks, and infrastructure providers the Services interact with.

### 6. How We Use the Information We Collect

We use the information described above to:

(a) authenticate your session and identify your account;

(b) provide and operate the Services, including accessing strategies and executing and managing transactions you have authorized;

(c) manage any trading authorization you grant, including its expiry, renewal, and revocation;

(d) operate, secure, monitor, and troubleshoot the Services, and diagnose and fix errors;

(e) apply rate limits and prevent abuse of the Services;

(f) respond to your communications;

(g) comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from authorities; and

(h) establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

### 7. How We Share the Information We Collect

We may disclose aggregated or anonymized information without restriction.

We may disclose the information we collect:

* To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business, who are bound by contractual obligations to keep it confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
* To third-party venues, protocols, and infrastructure providers, to the extent necessary to carry out transactions you have authorized.
* To our professional advisers, including legal, accounting, and insurance advisers.
* To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
* To enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements.
* Where we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Renzo Finance, our users, or others.
* To a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of RestakeX Ventures Ltd.’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding.
* For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
* With your consent.

### 8. Permanent Information

Interactions with blockchain systems, including smart contract logs and events, may result in the permanent recording of certain information, which cannot be altered or deleted. Blockchain technology operates independently, and Renzo Finance has no control over its immutability.

### 9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information relating to you; to receive a copy of it; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 15. We may need to verify that the request comes from the holder of the wallet address in question, and we may decline a request where an exception applies under applicable law.

Two limitations you should understand.

Information recorded on a public blockchain, including wallet addresses and transaction history, is not controlled by us and cannot be altered or deleted by us. Requests for erasure cannot extend to it. Public blockchains are also open to forensic analysis, which can lead to deanonymization, particularly when blockchain data is combined with other data.

Information held by a third-party venue in connection with your account at that venue is controlled by that venue, not by us. Requests concerning it should be directed to the venue.

### 10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our Site uses only strictly necessary browser storage, which allows us to provide basic functions such as maintaining your authenticated session. We do not use advertising cookies, marketing cookies, or third-party analytics cookies, and we do not use web beacons or similar tracking technologies.

You can activate or deactivate the use of cookies and similar technologies through functionality built into your browser. Disabling them may affect access to parts of the Site.

### 11. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect the information we hold from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including encryption of sensitive information and restrictions on internal access.

However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and the security of your assets and information also depends on you. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, private keys, and devices. Although we do our best to protect the information we hold, we cannot guarantee its security.

### 12. Retention

We retain the information we collect for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and to the extent permitted or required by applicable law. Where you request deletion, we may continue to retain and use information as permitted or required under applicable law, for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons, or for legitimate and lawful business purposes.

Information recorded on a public blockchain or held by a third-party venue is not subject to our retention practices and cannot be deleted by us.

### 13. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Services may link to unaffiliated third-party websites and applications, including bridging providers. These have their own privacy policies. We have no involvement with those policies and are not responsible for their practices, and using them is at your own risk.

Parts of the Services communicate with third-party venues and networks directly from your device. Where that happens, those parties may receive technical information about your connection. We do not control what they do with it, and their own privacy policies apply.

### 14. Other Provisions

**14.1** Minors. The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect information relating to minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us using the details in Section 15 and we will delete it unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.

**14.2** International transfers. RestakeX Ventures Ltd. is established in the Republic of Panama. Information we process may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in Panama and in other countries where our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

**14.3** Supervisory authority. If you are located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe our processing violates applicable law.

**14.4** Changes to this Privacy Policy. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date it was last revised is identified at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will notify you as required by applicable law. If you continue to use the Services after an updated Privacy Policy takes effect, you will be deemed to have accepted it.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.renzofinance.com/legal/privacy-policy.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
